- Once clicking the check box, you confirm that you have checked all spelling and grammar and that the personalisation information provided is correct. Gift Boss will not be liable for any spelling mistakes. Items that have been made and spelled incorrectly, can be remade but the customer will be liable for payment.
- Personalised gifts cannot be returned or refunded as they cannot be resold.
- Please allow for 7-10 working days lead time and take that into account when ordering your gifts. If there is a shortage of stock or a delay in lead time, you will be notified and given the option to change your gift. Should you need an urgent gift, please contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you. Gift Boss will not be liable for gifts that arrive after the date you need it for if our lead time is not considered. We will ALWAYS strive and do our utmost best to make sure you have your gifts on time.
- Any damaged or faulty gift will be assessed and replaced in a timely manner to make sure you receive the best gift possible.
- All products are individually handmade so slight variations may occur.
- Gift Boss will not be liable for damage, loss or error in the gift making process as a result of the consumer’s own actions, e.g. personalisation details given by the sender were incorrect, boxes damaged by mishandling, etc.
- Gift Boss will not be liable for an event that was beyond the company’s control, e.g. bad weather or delays in delivery.
